LifeCasting – 3 Ways to Capture Those Little Wrinkles
WP Creations has many beautiful products and keepsakes to offer to any family! We are, however, best known for our beautiful 3D Lifecasts of babies’ hands and feet! Our Lifecasts are exact 3D replicas, so you can touch and remember every line and wrinkle. Hold that tiny hand or foot in your hands 20 years from now so you can always remember the feel of the size. These are just some of the reasons why Lifecasts are our most popular products! They help preserve your memories!
We are now able to LifeCast in 3 different ways so that we can best serve our community and its needs!
The first, and most popular way, is an in-person casting appointment in our home studios! During the appointment, we take the molds of your sweet babies’ hands and feet and we do all the creating for your products! Our most popular option!
The second way we can offer an appointment is a virtual appointment! We have 2 versions of these. Version 1 (more for local clients) – you purchase a kit from your local artist to take the molds at home yourself! BUT…..you’re not alone! We are on a video call with you the whole time helping every step of the way! You then drop the completed moulds off and we do the rest! This has been extremely successful!
The second version of a virtual appointment is a complete kit version (usually for clients much further away). In this version, we mail you a kit with supplies for the whole process from casting to creating, to mounting. We book a series of video calls together and we help you every step of the way to take the moulds, pour the moulds and finish the product all from home! This too has achieved amazing results.
Our newest option is capturing those tiny hands and feet through our 3D digital prints! We can use a video of babies’ hands and feet, and create casts right from the video! This option is great for clients unable to get to a studio for casting, who would not like a kit, or who don’t have enough time for the traditional lifecasting process.
