Suppliers, tools and materials change overtime without notice therefore every keepsake is unique from one another. No two kids are alike therefore it’s fitting no two keepsakes are alike.

Due to the possibility of our suppliers and materials changing without notice, we cannot guarantee the ingredients used in our materials to not be altered or changed at any given time. Although adverse reactions are extremely rare, due to the level and number of allergies and/or reactions to even natural substances today, we suggest that if you have any concerns, to please refrain from making a purchase.

We are not responsible for items that have been neglected (not paid in full for, haven’t decided final details, haven’t provided photo etc) for 3 months nor those that were completed and not picked up within 3 weeks.
Any additional casts, raised impressions, prints, moulds etc. that our franchisees/artists take and turn into product of casts, impressions, jewelry are the possession of the franchisee and will not be given to customers unless in excellent condition and purchased by the customer. If they are not purchased, they may from time to time be used as samples unless you express that you’d like them destroyed. If they are not of our quality standards, they will be destroyed as their condition is not useable.
