We want to inspire and delight you with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to poor quality as agreed by 201508 Ontario Inc WP Creations Head Office, you may return your item within 15 days of delivery/pick up for a full refund, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy.

In this returns policy, the expressions “we”, “us” and “our” are a reference to 201508 Ontario Inc.

Returns Policy

All returns are subject to inspection by our us and our customer care team before a refund is processed.

We refund you within 30 business days of receiving your returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Products with obvious signs of use or damage
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Please note that all products are unique and no two are alike. Refunds will not be granted for products that meet our quality standards.

Steps to inquire about a refund

o Contact our Customer Care team at info@wpcreations.com to initiate a return. You’ll need to provide your order number, copy of receipt, photos of product and reason for return.

o If a return is being granted, Items should be returned in their original condition. Include a copy of your receipt/customer order.

o For online sales, all shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. We require that returned items are insured during delivery to safeguard against loss.

o Once your return request is received/inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

o We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping

Once the return is being granted, mail your product to: PO BOX 27002 Dundas McLaren RPO, Cambridge, ON, N1R 8H1, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When shipping, you should consider trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and without the item, in the condition in which it was shipped to you, we will not be able to consider a refund.
WP Creations will pay for any return shipping costs (if purchased online) if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.

If purchased in store, you may be asked to drop off your item to a location nearest you within 30 days of being asked to do so. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of your refund possibility.

Governing law

This returns policy is governed by the laws in force in Ontario. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
